This Group Buy has Ended.
Description
Here are our rules for the group buy to keep this as simple as possible for all involved. To ensure that committed participants are commited to the group buy and to help prevent participants from backing out last minute hurting the remaining members, a $25.00 non-refundable payment will be made to join the group buy, no exceptions, no "save one for me" deals, no purchasing one at the group buy price after the group buy is over just because you were on the interested list and took vacation the week we finalized the group buy. Once the group buy is over, the group buy is over. I will end the group buy about 1 week, if not longer, before the Shifters are expected to ship to give us enough time to finalize the orders. We will be charging credit cards at this time, too, issuing an email to the confirmed participants to call us with your credit card number if we do not already have it. After 2 business days we will call all participants at the phone numbers given to finish securing payment. Worst case scenario, if we cannot get ahold of you to secure payment via phone or email, upon the actual shipping date of the shifters your participation slot will be considered forfitted. If you plan on leaving town in May, give us a call and a heads up before you go. Hurst will be made aware of the current group buy numbers so as to hopefully keep our purchase order ever increasing to make sure that we receive the quantities needed to fulfill the group buy order. The order will more than likely ship out in bulk from Hurst to HHP. When you hear a shipping date is expected, be sure to check that it is not the shipping date from Hurst to HHP. We always field a lot of questions as to when the shipment is expected to be ready to ship to customers. It will take a few days for us to receive the shifters once they ship out from Hurst. As silly as this next statement is, HHP is not the manufacturer and participants agree to not hold HHP at fault for anything related to production schedules. No matter how much you tell us you want your shifter now, I cannot call Hurst and tell them to make them quicker. I wish I could. These shifters are the most expensive shifters Hurst has ever made and they take a decent amount of time to make. They will be well worth the wait. And that last phrase will be repeated many times over the next few weeks while we await the shifters production. I have run some large group buys, the last one was over 350 units sold, so I like to put down as many ground rules as possible to make sure nobody gets the short end of the stick. For the group buy, we will stick to these rules and everything should go as smoothly as possible.
